CSR Projects are initiatives undertaken by companies to fulfill their CSR obligations under the Companies Act, 2013. CSR funds support social, environmental, and economic development projects in partnership with NGOs, Trusts, and Social Enterprises.

Steps to Implement a CSR Project

✅ Step 1: Identify the Need – Conduct research & stakeholder analysis. ✅ Step 2: Develop a Project Plan – Define goals, activities, and budget. ✅ Step 3: Collaborate with NGOs – Partner with eligible organizations for implementation. ✅ Step 4: Seek CSR Funding – Approach corporates with a detailed proposal. ✅ Step 5: Implement & Monitor – Execute the project & track impact. ✅ Step 6: Report & Evaluate – Submit reports to companies & government bodies.

✔ Trust/Society Registration Certificate or Section 8 Incorporation Certificate ✔ PAN Card of the Organization ✔ 12AA & 80G Registration (for tax benefits) ✔ NITI Aayog (DARPAN) Registration ✔ FCRA Registration (for foreign donations, if applicable) ✔ CSR Proposal & Project Implementation Plan ✔ Annual Reports & Financial Statements
